Tab order focus moving beyond the PeopleSoft page on PeopleTools 8.53.20

We are currently in People Tool 8.53.20, and recently noticed that the tab order on any  PeopleSoft Page and any browser going beyond the PeopleSoft page, how should we restrict this selection, when the user press tab we want the selection/focus stay only inside the PeopleSoft page not the outside of it.
