issue with FIN2025 SQR

Hi,

We had an issue with paycycle.

The fin2025 process went into error

When we checked the message log in the process monitor we got the below error message

You are not authorized to run process type PRCSYSPURGE and process name Application Engine. (65,8) P T_PRCS.Schedule.SubmitRequest.OnExecute  Name:SubmitPrcsRqst  PCPC:747  Statement:19

When we checked the .out file we got the below information

sqr: FIN2025 - SQL Statement =

PRCSAPI.SQC,Update-Process-Status,Update,PSPrcsRqst

SQL Status =     1, SQL Error  = ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_MESSAGE_LOG) violated

Error on line 71:

   (SQR 3301) Program stopped by user request.

I have checked the user id running the process and the ID has al the access to run the purge process.
