How to find WFT file and Item_type relation via sql

Hi,

I am searching the relation between workflow file "WFT" and it's Item_type through any table entry. I do not want to open wft file to check the item types.

Example: Workflow file "apfhanwf.wft" has item type "APINVAPR" and some other item_types. But i am not able to find the relation in any table like this item_type belongs to this WFT file.

Any idea?
