How to increase hint question in Peoplesoft forget password functionality?

Hi,

We have implemented PeopleSoft delivered forget password functionality into our HRMS 9.0 system. Now we have a requirement where we are asked to increase number of hint questions from default 1 to 3.

Has anyone done such customization and can share any input in this regard?
