User on entering Quality Results automatically generates notification to other user to enter some da

Hi,

Using Workflow in Quality Collection Plan we would like to create a process such that when user enters data in the element fields it should trigger a notification to another person who would then continue to enter data in that record and save it. There is no standard method in Quality to accomplish it. Will it be possible using Workflow? Kindly suggest.
