PeopleTools release (8.54.10) for web server/ Application Designer '' is not the same as Application

Hi all,

I'm trying to run the "Populating the Run Control Table" step as part of a 9.0- 9.2 upgrade.  This step is an AE program that populates the GP_PKG_RUNCTL table on the source DB,  these values then "...used while exporting the licensed and unlicensed rule packages."


My source is PUM update image 9.2 (downloaded from MOS, then the required for upgrade fixes were applied to it).  The source environment looks fine - I can establish connectivity to the DB via CA environments page and the "Test Connection" for the Process Scheduler works fine (for Source)


However, when I run the actual step I get:
