Oracle Identity Manager

Hi,

My Client wants to link to oracle identity manger to RMS12.0.5(Oracle 11g DB) and does not want to use Single Sign on.

The requirement is to create the users in RMS using Oracle Identity Manager.

Currently we create the users in RMS as local DB users.

Is it possible to create users in RMS DB from Oracle Identity Manager ?

can you kindly help me on this.
