How to handle gift voucher in ReSA

Hello Everyone,

I processed an  RTLOG which contain gift voucher,so after processing it,I am getting an error : SKU NOT FOUND.

As because POS system has generated a dummy item for giving gift voucher which doesn't present in the ITEM_MASTER table of RMS.

It is coming as item type GCN.Oracle has provided a patch for version 13.x, but I am facing the same issue in version 14.0.1

Do help me how to resolve this error while processing RTLOGs.
