Journal attachment missing in upgrade copy

Hi Guys,

We have recently upgrded to 9.2 and tools version 8.52 from 8.9 (tools version 8.48) but after the upgrade we are not able to veiw the attachment link in createand update journal page.Please let me know if i need to enable any setting.
