Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. PeopleTools 8.54 'Tools Only' Upgrade: Initial Pass vs MTP

I am in the initial stages of reviewing the documentation for upgrading from Tools 8.53.14 to Tools 8.54.11 (latest patch release).

In prior 'tools only' upgrades, there was a note that mentioned that there is no 'initial pass' and to use 'MTP' in Change Assistant.

Is this still the case in Tools 8.54? Maybe I missed the note in the documentation?

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
