Can't find 913145

I'm applying HRMS bundles and Tax Updates and I have some ACA Patch pre-requisites and post-requisite patches to apply....  seems like the more I add, the more pop up.   But I'm getting one I can't find:

Additional Post-requisites:

       913145 (Download) (Required by: 909394)

I can't find 913145.   How can I get it?

All these went into our Demo database just fine but when trying to go development more pre-requisites and post-requisites popped up.  We don't apply patches to DEMO without moving them on to other environments to that in itself is pretty odd...
