Direct Debit Remittance Advice Email Not Generated
We are currently processing AR direct debit transactions through the Financial Gateway in PeopleSoft version 9.2, Tools 8.53. I am attempting to implement emailed direct debit remittance advices that are automatically generated when transactions are dispatched through the Financial Gateway, however, the dispatch process is not creating/emailing the advices. I have completed the following setup: 1) the Email Notify option is enabled on the direct debit profile associated to the customer, 2) the primary bill to contact email address is valid, 3) the PRAD document code with communication method of Email Only has been added to the primary bill to
