Reassignment request by Owner
Hi,
I have a question on "Reassignment request" in FCM 2.4 release.
I am defined as a "owner" of the tasks and need to reassign ownership to the other user. How can this be done when the owner of the schedule is someone else and there is no option under Action > Request reassignment? I know that this can be raised to "administrator" but is there a way that the request can be submitted through the tool rather than an email.
