nVision 2-Tier Issue with Addin Dropdown Becoming blank after one Successful Run

I log Into nVision Application via 2-Tier and then Run a Report and its successfully generated. But as soon as the report becomes Success all the options in the nVision Addin are disappeared. I have to Exit out of the Application and relaunch it and then all the options are available for the nVision Addin. They disappear after one more run.
