We are using 9.1 Payables and have a Jamaican based client that will eventually have to withhold tax

We are using 9.1 Payables and have a Jamaican based client that will eventually have to withhold tax for certain vendor payments.  Is there any PeopleSoft withholding for Jamaica items in the works?
I believe the Jamaican government is still finalizing their withholding tax requirements and the withholding tax form.  Just wanted to know if anyone else has this on their radar screen for development.
