Predelinquent Type is not visiable at Strategy setup level

Hi,

we have enabled the option "Do you want to assign strategies to Pre-Delinquent customers?" as "Yes". still the type "Pre-Delinquent" is not visiable at strategies level? Uploading the screen shot.
