How to calculate compensation combining 2 separate quotas with sales target.

Hi,

We would like to calculate compensation in OIC combining multiple quotas for a resource.

e.g. There are 2 quotas A & B both are having different Sales Target which got assigned to a resource.

Quota A=Target $20000

Quota B= Target $5000

Combine effort should be 100% for both of these quotas. If he achieved total $27000 sale which is higher than combined Target, for Quota A (Sale $23000) & Quota B (Sale $4000 )

then his commission should be 5% for Quota A on $23000 sale and 2% on Quota B on $4000 sale.

How to calculate this compensation.
