AE Timings in table - How to clear them out.

We have turned on AE timings to do performance tracing. We want to keep some history so we can judge timing differences after tuning indexes and SQL. But I'm trying to think ahead and prevent the table from growing hugely.
Does anyone have a script/dms to clear these tables out?

Or better yet an Archive Template?

I would prefer to be able to do so by date and/or process name, but if someone knows all of the affected tables that can be safely cleared out I should be able to work on my own process.
