Install error in RIB 14.1

Hi,

I installed RIB 14.1 and getting this error of classpath in managed server log. Please suggest. 

Caused By: java.io.IOException:
ERROR: Can't load properties from "rib-system.properties" (the
directory it is in should be in the CLASSPATH).java.lang.RuntimeException:
Error: rib-system.properties not found in
