We have one user that is getting this error on their client install.   We have not been able to find out why only the nVision program is getting this error.   The Application Designer is working.   nVision is only showing this error once it pulls up the Excel spreadsheet.    The configuration file is the same as everyone elses.   The Oracle client is the same as everyone elses.  The PeopleSoft client install is the same as others in the company.    I have added the Oracle client and PS Home paths in the environment variable PATH string.
