OTL - Partial Time card Approval and flowing to project - is it possible

Hi,

If a timecard is been entered in 2 different projects , 2 workflow goes to the managers for approval for their respective project. If one of the manager approves the time and the other does not, the approved time still does not flow to oracle till the other timecard notification is also been approve by the manager. Just wanted to check, is it possible to have partial time been approve and flow into project..

If one of the timecard notification is approve, we want those time to flow into the project.
