Webgate Supportability

I am looking at the latest release of the OIAM platform 11.1.2.3.0 here ( Identity & Access Management 11gR2 Downloads) and notice that the current webgate version of 11.1.2.3.0 only supports OHS / OTD. Even thou support is listed for older versions(11.1.2.2.0),one of these is for apache server 2.4. I have a number of servers that run apache that require webgate functionality. Longer term, does this mean that support for the current apache 2.4 webgate is not on the roadmap going forward? If this is the case, a suggested work around would be great.
