OIM Plugin Registration Failed

Hi,

I am trying to register custom plugin in OIM 11gR2. But build is failing for some reason. Plugin registration command was working before and i have full control on pluginregistration.xml and ant.properties file. Not sure why I am not able to register the plugin. Does anyone faced this issue before?
