Could not get a valid IP address - Starting PUM image first time

I have imported FSCM image 12 into Oracle VM VirtualBox and set the network settings to Bridged because I want to access the machine from other servers. After starting the VM, it asks if I want to enable dynamic IP configuration and I answered yes. This is what happens after...

Any one know what is causing this? I couldn't find anything in MOS. Thanks!

Host Information: Windows Server 2012 x64

                             Oracle VM VirtualBox  4.3.28
