G STRATEGIES Medium and High from Strategy Template

Hi,

I have created a Strategy Template with three Strategies:

  • Low Risk low score 80,
  • Medium Risk low score 35; and
  • High  Risk low score 0.

I run harness successfully however; when I run IEX:  Strategy Management the only strategy being assigned is Low Risk.  Customers with Medium and High risk scores are assigned default strategy.

I have reviewed the Dignostic view and do not see anything?   When I go to Strategy Tab the only strategies showing for manual change are Low Risk and Default Strategy.

I have verified that setup is at data level and all are enable.  Not sure what is next other than a SR.  Can anyone help?
