Real time incentive calculation and distribution to salesrep

Dear All,

We are implementing OIC in telecom industry and almost 3 lac resources (franchises, retailors, agencies and employees) are working for company. Client wants real time integration with third party Input and output system for receiving transaction and disbursement of incentive after calculation. Kindly suggest what is the best approach in this scenario?
