Unable to load program: PSSQLODB_ANSI.DLL Application terminated.

I have compiled the COBOL with Net Express 5.1 Wrap Pack6 and it went successful without any errors. Then tried running sample COBOL programs from system process requests and those went to ERROR and POSTED. I am getting the below error in the output log file.

Unable to load program: PSSQLODB_ANSI.DLL    Application terminated.

Please suggest me if anything needs to be done or is there any specific for this kind of issue.
