Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Upgrade MOM v 13.2.8 to 14.1?

Hi,

Is there is any toolkit provided by Oracle to automatically upgrade from ver 13.2.8 to 14.1?

The recommended path for Upgrade from Retail 13.2.x to Retail 14.1 version is from ver 13.2.6 to 14.0 to 14.1.

But we already have ver 13.2.8.

We are looking at upgrading RMS, RPM, Allocation, SIM & BI Publisher.

Any documentation will also help.
