How can I setup email(s) in order to use the bursting function of BI Publisher?

How can I setup email(s) in order to use the bursting function of BI Publisher, to email grade reports?

We currently have bi publisher report that creates one PDF file with all the student grades and we would like to use the bursting function of BI Publisher to burst the report by EMPLID and send the individual PDF files to the student's email address.  I have read PeopleBooks documentation and other, but the process remains unclear.
