FCM- Fetching data - overview chart

Hi,

We are going live in a few days and have jumped last week in a fetching data problem regarding overview chart. An SR will be raised by technical team for screenshot 2. Could this come from conflict with schedules, eg issued a schedule with name XX and task YY in CQT environment and did the same in Industrial environment?

In the first screenshot below you can see that the overview chart's timeframe is not consistent with schedule timeframe. What happens?? Problems with periods??
