How to install PeopleTools System DB for Performance Monitor

Hi ,

I'm attempting to setup Performance Monitor on Peopletoolls 8.53.22. to monitor  FSCM 9.2 environments. I performed the installation of the db using Peopletools system option only.

I can log into my sys environment vi PIA but I cannot make any changes or updates to setup the Monitoring.  Do I need to run  app specific demo data  script also?(ptengs.db)

Please advise
