IDM LCM Deployment tool and Patch Conflict Mgr version?

OAM-OIM-OUD Single node upgrade supposedly needs PCM. Which version of PCM needs to be downloaded? Where is it? Is it not packaged in shiphome media?

Here is the issue:

1. Upgrade process from 11gr2PS2 to PS3 requires properties to be set for pre validation, upgrade and so on.
2. One of the properties refers to PCM, patch conflict manager
3. No PCM is packaged with PS3 shiphome media.
4. The one available in support site is PCM version 6, which has all the references and allowed command arguments for Fusion Applications but not FMW. This PCM cannot be used as Upgrade fails while looking for OID instead of OUD and does not take the arguments which the upgrade perl scripts are invoking to target python scripts of PCM.
