Looking for SES searchadmin commandline scripts , tips, tricks links to howtos etc.

Has anyone used the SES "searchadmin" utility in shell scripts etc for automating some of the daily admin tasks? I'm looking for any tips, tricks, pointers to any documentation etc. the SES admin/install guides have fleeting references to this utility but there is no real documentation or even rudimentary examples of how to do daily admin tasks that you can do through the web interface.

Any info on this subject will be greatly appreciated
