User can Create More Than 1 Record for UDA with Single Value Indicator Checked (Doc ID 1965969.1)

The header for this indicates "Single Value Indicator Checked"

But the steps to recreate say SVI "N"

Instructions to Re-create:

1.Go to Items - User Defined Attributes - Edit.
2.Create UDA for item with Display Type = Free Form Text , Date and Do Not set Single Value Option on it i.e., Single_Value_ind = N.
3.Go to Items - Item List, Select Action - New.
4.Create Item List having single item, save this new item list.
5. In the form Item List Search choose Action – Use. Find your newly created item list. Open it. Choose Options Create Mass Item Change - User Defined Attributes.
