Payables SLA update for the Liability account

Hi, we are implementing Oracle Projects and Financials.

We have one question with regards to the AP SLA, our client wants to include the Project number (this is also a segment on our COA) in the liability account.

We managed to put it on the Basic Liability but we are unsuccessful on the Recoverable Tax Liability.

Anyone who can share their experience updating the AP SLA, especially the Liability account?
