Gap because of offline datafiles with 10.2.0.4

Hello,

i configure a standby database for a 10.2.0.4 production database with Linux.

But MRP is always asking for an old sequence.

New archived logs are copied to standby but never applied because of gap.

How can i reset mrp sequence ?

How can i create standby database with primary offline datafiles?

I followed MOS

Standby MRP is looking for very old archive log sequence even after restore new incremental backup at standby site. (Doc ID 1542907.1)

But

RMAN-03002: failure of switch to copy command at 06/24/2015 15:39:57

RMAN-06571: datafile 1 does not have recoverable copy

I still continued with clearing logfile and standby logfile with help MOS Step By Step Guide On How To Recreate Standby Control File When Datafiles Are On ASM And Using Oracle Managed Files (
