App Server will not boot - Stuck on Entering boot mode
I just completed the PeopleTools Upgrade portion of my change assistant template for upgrading tools and FSCM. I am instructed to start the app server and process scheduler for new tools release but the app server is stuck at "Entering boot mode".
I checked the logs and all say that the app server is booting and nothing else. The only log I found that has an error in it is the ULOG which says

The upgrade is PT8.49 and FSCM 9.0 to PT8.54 and FSCM 9.2.
