NullPointerException on RaiseTaskflow Event OIM ps3

I am facing an issue while configuring the link placed on OIM 11 G R3 . Below is the scenario.

I want to have a new link in an existing page. when user clicks on the new link it should open a new page.

Steps I followed are:

1. Created View Controller project with Managed Bean and bound taskflow, and made ADF JAR of it and placed under WEB-INF/lib of oralce.iam.ui.custom-dev-starter-pack.war file.

2. Stop and Start the server

3. From the WebCetner, added the new link on home page, and export the sandbox and added "ActionListener" to it and imported back.
