IE9 query results download to excel issues

Hi All,

We are on FSCM 9.1 MP12, PT 8.51.16,  IE 8 and office 2007. We recently upgraded to  IE9 and when trying to download query results in excel we encounter below error on the excel

problems came up in the following areas during load:

Missing file C:\cs\PROD\cache\PSSTYLEREQ_1.css

Missing file C:\cs\PROD\cache\PSSTYLEDEF_SWAN_1.css

Please let us know if you anyone has come across the issue.
