Stock Count Process in RMS

Hi All,

I would like to understand the specific reasons or scenarios for having stock counts being scheduled and handled via RMS when complete suite of oracle retail applications are deployed (RWMS & SIM) and integrated. I have been through some of the documents for stock count process in RMS like Retail Merchandising System Stock Counts Overview, Release 13.2 (Doc ID 1536804.1) Apart from this below are some of my concerns over the process,

1) When stock counts are scheduled in RMS, does the same scheduling need to be performed in RWMS & SIM system manually or setup is required only in RMS.

2) Once the counting is performed in RWMS or SIM, the system will send an update via flat file to RMS of counting. is this the final counting that RWMS or SIM performs or it include any adjustments as well.
