The minimum tools releases to utilize the PUM image (for Interaction Hub) are listed:

    For databases on PeopleTools 8.53, you must be on 8.53.17 or higher patch level.

    For databases on PeopleTools 8.54, you must be on 8.54.10 or higher patch level.

If your target database is English only, the following resolutions are required:

    896388 – Interaction Hub Bundle 9

    902382 – Common Application Objects EO BUNDLE 11

    902383 – Common Application Objects EO BUNDLE 12
