Collections UWQ not updating from data in AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY for certain accounts

Hi,

I have an occurance where for certain customer accounts the information is not being updated into the collections UWQ after the payments/transactions have occured, but when you look at the customers inforamtion in collections it is correct.

I've attached the table entries for that customer from tables IEX_DLN_UWQ_SUMMARY and AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY and the two are different, i've run the IEX: Populate UWQ Summary table concurrent several times with both truncate set Y and N but it just doesn't seem to want to update, from speaking with the Collections team this has happened to other customers records but not all which is the crazy thing about it.
