Unable to Launch RMS Application

When the user is trying to log into RMS application, following error is found

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Oracle.forms.engine.Main

I have the following information from the user.

Java Version : Version 6 Update 45

RMS : Version 11

User was able to log in earlier but not now, the only thing that was changed was the user moved his desks since then he is facing this issue.

Please assist and let us know if we need to log an SR to expedite the resolution.
