PS Query Logging capturing query name, who ran, and bind variables

Hi all.. .we are trying to solve a requiremnt to capture from PS Queries run in PIA what the query name is that was run, who ran it, and what all of the binds variables are and what their values are... we are having a difficult time with this and have run in to dead ends on several possible solutions.. has anyone tried to do this, and if so been successful?   We've tried using system tables and PS tables but have not been able to get complete information....
