How to update rounding rule when i upload supplier open inteface

Hi

I create new supplier by supplier open interface.

but i cann't set rounding rule in tax detail page to nearest.where the filed store in table?

My Step

1) i insert data to ap_suppliers_int

2) i insert data to ap_supplier_sites_int

3) run concurrent : Supplier Open Interface Import  and Supplier Site open interface import
