How to Disable R12.2 Workflow notification :For Your Review - Standard Purchase Order ######

We did recent upgraded from R12.1 to R12.2.4 , and facing an issue Post upgrade which we did not see in R12.1.3. Our few user are getting Purchase Order Workflow notification alerts with Subject Line "For Your Review - Standard Purchase Order ######".

The email is in huge size and user wants to get rid of these.  Could you please help me, How we can disable these notifications.  I went through few Oracle Notes and already validated, below steps, FYI checkbox is already enabled (Checked

OAM -> Workflow Manager -> Service Components -> Workflow Notification Mailer -> Edit button-> Message Generation -> Send section -> Autoclose FYI.
