universal work queue is not showing any customer level transaction

   Hi All,

we are implementing advance collections to my client. we configured the basic setups to see the delinquency tranctions of the customers in the universal work queue, but not able to see the transactions in work queue that has associated with partculatr collector.

can you please let us know the key areas that i ned to check.
