11GR2 Prepops

We are upgrading from 11GR1 to 11GR2 and are confused on how to setup our connector prepops.   We need to be able to support birthright provisioning for resources like Active Directory or employee self-service in HR with access policies.  In addition, we also have several use cases where we add the resource to the user and apply individual updates through the web interface.    We have been able to do what we needed in 11GR1 with the old prepop attached to the form technique.
