I've a below requirement from client. Gurus, Please let me know how the below can be done.

Sign on bonus

Guaranteed P4P

Relocation package

These components are added to the offer letters once we export them from the system.  I would like to change that process and need a recommendation from you.  I do not want to send the entire offer letter to a group for approval.  I would however like to send the "components" for approval.  So, the question is, how can we send the above components of the OL using the AME process?     Here is what I see as needed:
