the AR  Customer Credit Snapshot is out of balance for the following- did any one experienced similar issue please share your experienced and how to fix it

  1. Customer Age  2.3 Years
  2. 361+ Days Past Due                    0.00     0.0%          Sales Gross    
  3. Unapplied Cash:         -3,520,245.13                   Earned Discounts Taken           1,220,599.92
  4.   Number Of On Time Payments
